This role is idóneo for someone who is structured, reliable, and comfortable handling both bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities.

About the Role You’ll be responsible for managing core accounting workflows, ensuring financial data is accurate, organized, and ready for reporting. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and consistent execution. What You'll Be Doing

Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Prepare financial reports and support analysis

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Assist with month-end close processes

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures

Support internal reporting and financial tracking What We're Looking For

Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles

Strong understanding of accounting principles and workflows

Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting

Experience managing AP/AR processes





High attention to detail and accuracy

Organized and able to manage recurring deadlines

Comfortable working with financial systems and spreadsheets

Advanced English Nice to Have

Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
