Job Responsibilities:

- KPI-oriented, focused on increasing CoinEx’s trading volume in the LATAM market.
- Onboard high-quality local KOLs, brokers, community leaders and influencers.
- Monitor & evaluate ambassador performance, understand their core needs, and develop strategies to achieve KPI goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, understand competitor exchange ambassador programs (onboard requirements & incentives), and dynamically adjust expansion strategies.

Job Requirements:

- Preference for candidates with prior experience as growth manager, affiliate manager, or KOL manager at a CEX, with 2+ years of industry experience.
- Extensive network and strong resource connections in LATAM (crypto brokers, community leaders, etc.),



with a proven track record of successful cases.
- KPI-oriented, driven by high earnings, self-motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
