ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Workday Financials Consultant to provide hands‑on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains on a contract basis within a lean, high‑performing Finance Solution Delivery team. You will troubleshoot production issues, design scalable solutions, and partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions — with priority domains including Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets.

The role requires 4+ years of Workday Financials experience and the ability to operate independently across multiple functional areas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Provide hands‑on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains;
- Act as a versátil resource, stepping into priority areas based on business demand;
- Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions;
- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long‑term platform health;




- Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions;
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.

MUST HAVES

- 4+ years of hands‑on Workday Financials experience;
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end financial processes within Workday;
- Experience supporting both production support and project‑based work;
- Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment;
- Strong problem‑solving and systems thinking capabilities;
- Proven expertise across multiple Financials domains, including Financial Accounting, Expenses, Business Assets, Banking & Settlement, and Procurement;
- Upper‑intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- VNDLY experience;
- Experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism;
- Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership;
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting;
- Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives;
- Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
