Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.**Position Summary:**The Managed Services Costing Analyst will be a key contributor within the NCR Atleos Finance and Integral Pricing organization, supporting financial decision-making and costing activities across Managed Services and ATMaaS offerings.
This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing cost models that support pricing strategies and deal structuring. The analyst will work independently on core deliverables while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate operational inputs into financial insights.
This role will also support and progressively contribute to the evolution of Global Managed Services costing frameworks and standards.**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and maintain detailed cost models and standardized assumptions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Solution Management and others) to gather inputs and validate assumptions* Partner closely with Deal Desk teams to provide reliable cost inputs for customer opportunities globally* Conduct supportive analysis to help identify opportunities to improve performance, optimize cost structures,



and enhance profitability* Communicate financial and operational trends, including key insights, risks, and recommended actions* Support ongoing efforts to standardize and improve global costing frameworks and data quality**Educational & Professional Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field* 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, costing, pricing, or similar roles* Good technical background; advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point* Experience working with large datasets and structured financial models* Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights* Language: Fluent English (mandatory)**Personal Qualifications:*** Strong attention to detail and data accuracy* Analytical rigor and structured problem-solving* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement* Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently* Collaborative approach in a cross-functional environment Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.**EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
