The CSM People Leader is responsible for the overall customer health score of Signature accounts and acts as the orchestrator of the Account Success team — bringing the right expert at the right time.



This leader drives the value of the customer's Signature investment through both people leadership and executive relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a team focused on delivering a highly customized Signature experience to assigned customers
Ensure the team successfully delivers the obligations and entitlements of the Signature offer, drives customer adoption of the Signature Success Plan and covered clouds, and delivers customer satisfaction and Customer Success Score per Account Success goals
Foster executive relationships with covered customers and internally to drive the value of the Signature investment
Support the team in building strong relationships with Account Executives and other Salesforce teams (Professional Services, Partners, etc.)
