We’re looking for our next Senior Data Engineer. Could it be you?
The Senior Data Engineer is a key technical contributor responsible for building and scaling the Flexit Self-Serve Data Platform. This role focuses on the hands-on execution of our Data Fabric and Data Mesh architectures, ensuring that data is accessible, secure, and ready for advanced Agentic AI applications. You will bridge the gap between raw data and business value by developing high-performance Data Products that accelerate business decisions and generate revenue.
As a Senior Data Engineer,



you will design and implement the technical capabilities that power our decentralized engineering model. You will lead the transition from manual coding to AI-augmented workflows, leveraging Generative AI for code generation and testing. Operating in a "Forward-deployed Engineer" capacity, you will often embed within business units to solve complex data challenges directly at the source.

Data Platform Engineering & Data Mesh

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Spark and Databricks to unify structured and unstructured data across AWS/GCP and other cloud-native data platforms.
