We’re looking for our next Principal Quality Assurance Engineer. Could it be you?
The Principal QA Engineer will architect the future of quality assurance at Flexiti by researching, designing, and governing our next-generation testing strategy. This role leads the selection and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, with a strong focus on AI-driven test automation and establishing robust, AI-augmented quality frameworks. The idóneo candidate is an expert engineer with deep experience in modern cloud-native architectures and a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to create smarter, more efficient,



and more resilient testing solutions.
This role is directly responsible for providing strategic guidance, solution architecture, and technical leadership for agile teams, embedding a culture of intelligent quality. The responsibilities of this position are to architect and implement AI-augmented testing practices and technologies, including a self-healing E2E test framework for Flexiti proprietary projects. This involves understanding complex business needs, directing teams in enhancing our applications, and establishing forward-looking standards for software quality. This position is a perfect fit for an innovative thinker who is passionate about applying AI to solve complex quality challenges and designing enterprise-grade, future-proof solutions.
