Commerce has opened applications for multifamily affordable housing capital financing. A total of $168.5 million is available through three funding opportunities from the state Housing Trust Fund and the federal HOME and National Housing Trust Fund.
The Multifamily Housing Unit will hold a series of virtual office hours in July and August for applicants to ask questions about the funding round.
Applications are due Friday, Sept. 21.
