Bheri Cap is expanding, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and people-oriented Property Manager to join our growing team—100% remote, work from home. If you love connecting with people, creating smooth processes, and ensuring tenants are happy, this role is for you!

As a Remote Property Manager, you’ll manage properties virtually—handling leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and overall property operations from the comfort of your home. Your goal is to create an exceptional tenant experience while driving results for the business.

What You’ll Do:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally—all virtually.
- Oversee leasing processes including new leases, renewals, and move-outs.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor services to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Build strong relationships with tenants to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Assist with property marketing, showing units virtually, and supporting leasing strategies.
- Monitor property performance, report metrics, and identify opportunities to improve operations.
- Proactively address issues and create solutions that benefit both tenants and the company.
