Responsibilities

- Formulate and put into action comprehensive communication plans that support company-wide objectives
- Develop and maintain genuine relationships with stakeholders throughout all levels of the organization
- Oversee the design and delivery of communication campaigns, both within the organization and externally
- Help teams move through periods of organizational change while ensuring messaging remains clear and cohesive
- Discover ways to elevate communication practices and close any gaps that currently exist
- Head up cross-functional projects requiring collaboration across various regions or business units
- Offer strategic direction and regular updates to senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders
- Evaluate the outcomes of communication initiatives and refine approaches based on performance data
- Team up with leadership to make sure communication supports broader organizational priorities
- Mentor and support team members in developing stronger communication skills across the organization

Requirements

- At least 8 years of experience in comparable roles
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience,



prioritizing hands-on people management experience over team size
- Background operating within large, intricate organizational settings
- Experience in global positions, working across multiple countries or regions instead of a single local market
- A forward-thinking, strategic approach centered on delivering practical solutions
- Skilled at developing strategies, proposing innovative ideas, and identifying areas for improvement and organizational gaps
- Considerable experience with Change Management and steering organizational transformation
- Proven track record managing senior stakeholders and shaping decisions at the executive level
- Experience handling multiple initiatives at the same time, demonstrating solid project management skills
- Hands-on experience using AI to solve business-related challenges
- Able to explain the reasoning behind AI implementation, including how opportunities are identified and how AI drives business value
- Excellent English (C1+) communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
