Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday – Sunday (Rotating Weekends) | Pacific Standard Time
Salary: $5 - $7 USD per hour

About the Role:

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—an essential part of helping them take the first step in their legal journey. You’ll assess potential cases, communicate with empathy and professionalism, and ensure accurate documentation. Your bilingual skills in English and Spanish will help us reach and support more clients with care and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
- Collect, verify, and document critical case information
- Assess potential client needs and determine case viability
- Clearly explain legal services and processes with empathy and precision




- Use persuasive communication to guide clients through the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and secure digital client records

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

- 1+ years in a U.S. law firm (Personal Injury strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in legal intake or client onboarding is a major plus

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Resilient, fast-paced multitasker who thrives in high-volume settings
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or legal case management tools

Technical Requirements:

- Personal computer with Windows 10/11 or MacOS
- Dual monitors and minimum of 16GB RAM
- Hardwired Ethernet internet connection (WiFi not accepted)
- USB noise-canceling headset with microphone
- Internet speeds: Minimum 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload
