About the Role
The Customer Service Representative is the frontline voice protecting our clients Amazon storefronts. You handle the daytoday customer messages, returns, and feedback that left unmanaged quietly drain conversion rate, account health, and seller reputation. Your work directly shields BSG clients from negative reviews, Atoz claims, and account issues that can sink a small Amazon business overnight.

Schedule Fulltime, Monday to Friday, 800 AM to 500 PM EST 1hour unpaid break
Compensation 675 to 1,500 USD per month
Location Remote Integral

Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Resolution Diagnose and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
Multichannel Communication Provide professional and empathetic support across phone, email, and live chat.
Product Expertise Maintain strong knowledge of the companys offerings to answer questions and provide guidance.
Conflict Resolution Handle complaints patiently and deescalate frustrated customers to ensure a positive outcome.




CRM Management Accurately log all customer interactions, tickets, and transaction details in the database.

Requirements
1 year of customer service experience, ideally in ecommerce, Amazon, or a similar highvolume online retail environment.
Excellent written English with a calm, professional tone you can deescalate an angry buyer in writing without sounding robotic or defensive.
Detailoriented and able to manage multiple tickets and channels at once.

Technical Requirements
Display setup required dual monitors, each 24 inches or larger, OR a single 42 inch or larger display.
Minimum 8GB RAM
Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed
