Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Staffing Operations Manager to take ownership of recruitment operations and team performance within a growing staffing business.
This is a full-time, leadership-focused role suited to someone with deep agency roots who thrives in structured, high-output environments.
The idóneo candidate brings a sharp operational mindset, experience managing recruiters, and a track record of keeping teams and processes running at a high level.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support a team of recruiters, ensuring daily accountability, output quality, and professional developmentOversee recruitment operations from pipeline management through to placement, maintaining process integrity at every stageAdminister and optimize ATS workflows, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and system hygieneIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiencySupport client account management by ensuring service levels are consistently met and issues are resolved promptlyTrack and report on team KPIs, flagging risks and driving performance improvementsCoordinate with internal teams to align on priorities, capacity, and hiring goalsMaintain documentation of processes, workflows,



and operational standardsRequired QualificationsStaffing agency experience is non-negotiable — candidates without this background will not be consideredDemonstrated experience in a managerial or senior-level role with direct oversight of recruitment staffStrong working knowledge of ATS platforms and how they integrate into day-to-day recruiting operationsExcellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and with external stakeholdersHighly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environmentMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companiesPreferred QualificationsPrior involvement in client account management or relationship ownership within a staffing contextExperience building or refining recruitment SOPs, playbooks, or onboarding materialsComfort working with data to drive operational decisions and present findings to leadershipTools & TechnologyATS platform (experience with any major system)Google WorkspaceSlack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration toolsProject management tools (Asana or similar)We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
