As an Analytics Engineer on our Care Analytics team, you will own the data infrastructure that powers Sovos' global support analytics function---designing and maintaining our Snowflake warehouse, partnering with ops to scope and ship the right solutions,



and leading data workstreams across 3–4 CRM backend migrations.This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership.More specifically, you will:Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data models, pipelines, and warehouse objects (DDL, DML, DQL)Own delta pipelines, MERGE tasks, and incremental load strategies end to endPartner with ops stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scoped, buildable solutionsLead data engineering workstreams across 3–4 CRM backend migrationsMaintain data integrity, documentation, and the team data catalogueWrite and maintain Python scripts for pipeline automation, data wrangling, and transformationCollaborate with the BI and ML analyst to ensure downstream data quality and consistencyWhat We Need From You3–5 years in a data engineering or analytics engineering roleExpert-level SQL---DDL, DML, and DQL with strong schema design instinctsHands‐on Snowflake experience (tasks, streams, MERGE, clustering)Python proficiency for pipeline automation and data wranglingExperience with CRM data structures and migration patternsComfort working cross‐functionally with non‐technical ops stakeholdersStrong data integrity mindset---you validate end to end before shippingDue to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check upon hireNice to Have:Salesforce data model experienceExposure to Fivetran, dbt, or similar ELT toolingExperience with BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)Six Sigma or process improvement backgroundWhat Does Sovos Offer You?
