We're currently looking for an AI Operations & Internal Tooling Manager to lead the adoption of AI across the organization.
In this role, you'll drive the strategy, development, and deployment of AI-powered internal tools, helping teams automate workflows, improve productivity, and scale business operations through Generative AI and intelligent automation.
Now, imagine yourself in this position Defining and owning the internal AI tooling roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Designing, building, and deploying AI-powered internal tools, assistants, and workflow automations.
Integrating LLMs and AI platforms into existing business applications and internal systems.
Developing automations using APIs, Python, and low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Creating and maintaining reusable prompt libraries, AI workflows, and automation playbooks.
Monitoring AI solutions to optimize performance,



adoption, quality, and cost efficiency.
Establishing governance, security, and usage best practices for AI tools across the organization.
Collaborating with Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and responsible AI adoption.
Delivering training and enabling teams to effectively leverage AI capabilities in their daily work.
If you have.
..3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, AI Operations, Platform Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical role.
Proven experience building and deploying AI or LLM-powered solutions in production environments.
Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Cohere, or similar platforms.
Strong programming skills in Python (JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus).
Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow orchestration.
Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent tools.
Experience integrating REST APIs and SaaS platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced English proficiency.
