Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Security Solutions Architect to work with our largest customers. In this vital role, you will help overcome barriers to AWS adoption by identifying and tackling major security, risk, and compliance questions from stakeholders, building and maintaining executive‐level relationships, and acting as their Security Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Work with AWS customers to convey cloud computing security and risk management best practices.
Collaborate with other AWS teams to develop internal security expertise and drive revenue.
Develop technical content such as white papers, reference architectures, workshops, or code samples to assist customers in deploying secure cloud‐based solutions.
Assess security‐related knowledge across AWS sales and architecture teams and create plans to address gaps.
Present on security topics at AWS events and represent AWS at security conferences with presentations and lectures.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in an information security or compliance role.
5+ years of experience in a Cloud Security customer‐facing role (e.g., Cloud Security Architect,



Consultant, or technical sales).
Hands‐on experience securing AWS environments and understanding architecture on AWS.
Experience communicating across technical and non‐technical audiences, including training, workshops, and publications.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, in business and technical settings.
Security certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, ISSAP, CCSP, PCI‐DSS ISA, or similar are valued.
Experience presenting at security conferences.
AI Security skills with demonstrated experience securing solutions leveraging artificial intelligence.
Experience scaling assets such as blog posts, articles, videos, podcasts, or engagement with technical communities.
Location & Travel
Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Requires approximately 15% travel, including international.
