As a Healthcare Professional – Engagement Ambassador – Exp Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements and projects within our Advisory practice. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on risk management, helping clients navigate complex challenges and develop strategies to manage risk effectively. This role offers the chance to engage directly with clients, providing valuable insights and solutions that drive their success. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.



In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast‐paced environment, taking ownership of your work and consistently delivering quality results. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
Responsibilities
Manage HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders both pre‐ and post‐engagement, providing high‐quality, white‐glove interactions.
Address external expert onboarding challenges, support issuance of contracts, facilitate redline requests and escalations.
Handle complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow‐through, support invoice/payment queries, answer business owner questions.
Support client engagement and contribute to risk management projects.
Participate in compliance advisement and oversight to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality.
Review contracts and identify contractual risks to mitigate potential issues.
Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to business ethics.
Collaborate with teams to enhance communication and active listening skills.




Engage in feedback sessions to improve personal growth and adaptability.
Utilize knowledge of master agreements to support client needs and objectives.
Develop skills in contractual risk mitigation and compliance advisement.
Build meaningful client connections and learn to manage and inspire others.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 2 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patients.
Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.
Preferred / Additional Skills
Familiarity with advanced Excel, HCP engagement software, and CRMs.
Excelling in compliance advisement and oversight.
Handling confidential information with discretion and business ethics.
Reviewing contracts and mitigating contractual risks.
Demonstrating active listening and accepting feedback.
Supporting client engagement in healthcare managed services.
Adapting to fast‐paced environments with reliability and teamwork.
Developing skills in risk management and client support.
