Start: asap Position: FinTech Sales Executive (European Portuguese) Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (On-site) Employment type: Full-time RESPONSIBILITIES: Convert qualified inbound trading leads into active clients Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders and prospective clients Promote the company's financial products and trading services Understand client trading objectives and recommend suitable solutions Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Retention teams to maximise client satisfaction and revenue growth Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience throughout the customer journey.
REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent European Portuguese, both written and spoken Good command of English,



both written and spoken Portuguese or EU passport required Previous experience in financial services or a high-performance sales environment Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong commercial mindset with a target-driven approach Experience using CRM systems is an advantage Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
