Paid Media Specialist
In this role, you are responsible for paid search/social performance along with client management and delegation of production resources.
What you'll do
Maintain an advanced understanding of primary paid media channels and how they fit within the funnel – including Google Search, Microsoft Search, Meta, YouTube, Google Display Network, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, UAC.
Drive account strategy geared toward achieving or exceeding client efficiency and growth goals.
Develop and execute account management monitoring and optimization techniques to drive performance toward client targets and budgets.
Quantify and prioritize initiatives that will have the greatest impact on account performance.
Drive the creation of client roadmaps, testing plans, reports/dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs to meet client needs.
Manage the performance of a designated client portfolio to client performance goals and practice good stewardship of client budgets.
Write, review and ensure that agendas meet client needs for status calls and adhere to all important and upcoming management updates.
Effectively lead client calls, speaking to completed projects, performance, and planned initiatives/long‐term optimization strategy.
Ensure all account management efforts go through a QA process and are executed/delivered error‐free.
Own the relationship between DEPT and dedicated platform reps (i.e., Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), working with reps to identify and vet new opportunities while maintaining platform best practices.
What you bring
Hands‐on experience in paid media platforms (specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager).
Paid search & social experience, especially Google Ads & Meta proficiency; comfortable with budgeting, bidding, optimization settings, targeting, and testing methodology.
A proven track record of managing and scaling performance‐driven campaigns for B2C or B2B brands.
Strategic thinking – you can explain why results happen and develop further plans aligned to client business goals.
Technical proficiency – understanding of paid media and analytic platform attribution (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager).
Communication skills – ability to lead client meetings with confidence and convey complex data in a clear narrative, and communicate concisely in written form.
Relentless curiosity – drive to stay ahead of industry trends, from AI‐driven bidding to privacy‐first tracking solutions.
Team‐first attitude – thrive in a collaborative environment and help junior team members grow.
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will have to communicate with team members abroad; fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
