Translate campaign requirements into segmentation logic, SQL queries, and executable workflowsExecute campaign code and generate list pulls using established frameworksValidate campaign outputs through reconciliation checks, exploratory analysis, and edge case detectionPerform statistical checks to confirm segment distributions, thresholds, and suppression logicWrite, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for large-scale extraction and analysisSupport ETL workflows in SSIS (Visual Studio), including job monitoring and troubleshootingUse Tableau and Looker for data validation and analytical slicing (not dashboard development)Identify opportunities to automate campaign execution and validation to improve reliability and reduce riskEnsure secure delivery and compliance through SFTP transfers, encryption/decryption, and governance standardsQualificationsStrong SQL skills for segmentation, extraction, and analytical validationHands-on experience with SSIS and Visual Studio for ETL workflow executionProven experience validating large datasets and performing analytical QA checksFamiliarity with secure data transfer processes (SFTP, encryption/decryption)Background in marketing, CRM, customer data, or campaign operationsKnowledge of Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or SciPy is a plusExperience with version control workflows (Git) and modernizing legacy data processes is preferredWhat about languages?
