By ensuring our evidence is sound and offering necessary medical insights, we strive to improve patient care and treatment efficacy.ResponsibilitiesServe as Lead Data Manager for one or more clinical trials, responsible for CDS activities including selection and application of data acquisition standards, database design, Data Management Plan, data review and query management, data access and visualization, metrics reporting, database release, and submission related activities.Independently lead daily DM activities and allocate study DM resources.Coach junior Data Managers and perform peer review of study DM deliverables.Ensure milestones met on time with good quality.Collaborate with Clinical Data Scientist to ensure operational excellence across all CDS deliverables.Adhere to SOPs and ensure study‐specific CDS documents in the Trial Master File are high quality and filed promptly.Document lessons learned and share with other study teams.Contribute to DM continuous improvement activities.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of Data Management experience.Bachelor's degree (minimum).
Demonstrated knowledge of clinical development process (GCP, FDA, ICH, GCDMP).
Proficient experience using commercial clinical data management systems and/or EDC products (e.g., Inform).
Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, J‐Review) is preferred.Familiarity with MedDRA/WHO‐Drug.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including remote communication.Project‐management skills in resource management, timeline, and quality control (preferred).
