Responsible for the deployment planning and delivery of in-person and virtual learning courses.Works directly with the Delivery Program Manager and Assistant Delivery Program Manager to create plans to deliver the required learning including date forecasts, target audience lists, classroom assignments, registration, instructor preparation, CPE documentation, and budget management.Develops forecasts with projected dates, locations, and an estimate of the number of classes and attendees.Publishes scheduled offerings and content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Determines class participants, timing, session counts, and general course planning.Manages the class rosters and escalates where minimum attendee numbers have not been met.Coordinates with Virtual Producers for virtual learning.Liaises with Travel, Meeting & Events (TME) and hotel to block and manage sleeping rooms and meeting space.Monitors expenses related to off-site venue, networking/social activities, and ground transportation.Provides feedback on strategic fit, relevance, quality, and deployment of learning.Requirements2-5 years of learning or meeting and event services experience (learning preferred)Experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environmentExperience working with SAP SuccessFactors preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge and experience of EY's learning policies and practices preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent project and time management skillsExcellent negotiation and mediation skillsAbility to demonstrate a high level of attention to detailAbility to establish trusted relationships in a virtual environmentExperience working in a highly regulated environmentStrong financial skills for budgeting, monitoring, and allocating learning costsAbility to effectively work within a geographically dispersed teamAbility to work with all levels of the organization.Core CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in deployment planning and delivery of learning courses, with strong financial skills for budgeting and monitoring costs.
