Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions with SMEs and stakeholders to understand, challenge, and map complex business processes at both high-level and detailed operational levelsDefine end-to-end decision logic, workflow behavior, exception handling, and validation criteria in close collaboration with client stakeholders, operations teams, and engineeringActively define — together with engineers and stakeholders — the scope, boundaries, decision points, and expected behaviors of AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions across claims, benefits, care management, and related domainsStructure and formalize business rules, operational criteria, and system behaviors from policies, SOPs, legacy systems, and stakeholder input into clear functional logic that technical teams can implementDrive validation and testing efforts: define acceptance criteria, test scenarios,
and evaluation approaches to ensure alignment with expected outcomesWork directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams to refine requirements, resolve ambiguities, surface tradeoffs, and support prioritization throughout deliveryMaintain clear documentation of workflows, decision trees, business rules, system interactions, and expected outputs, ensuring shared understanding across all teams? If you have5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated, operations-intensive industriesStrong understanding of complex operational workflows such as claims, benefits administration, authorizations, case management, or back-office processesProven ability to break down complex business problems into structured workflows, decision logic, and actionable requirements — with sharp judgment around edge cases and exceptionsAdvanced English, written and spoken, with direct experience working with North American or European clients and stakeholdersHigh autonomy, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments? It's a plusFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts, specifically LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworksExperience working in large enterprise organizations or alongside engineering teams building AI-powered systemsBackground in process mapping or business rules formalization (BPMN, decision tables, or similar)Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalentSQL or basic data querying skillsThis call is made within the framework of Law ****** on the Promotion of Employment for Persons with Disabilities, including individuals registered in the National Registry of Persons with Disabilities of the Ministry of Social Development
