This is a unique opportunity for a senior technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with consulting excellence, team leadership, and business acumen.Demonstrated experience with AI-native software engineering practices is required for this role.As our first senior hire in Argentina, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a high-performing engineering team while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
You will lead architecture and delivery efforts, mentor engineers, support business development activities, and help establish MojoTech as a premier consulting partner throughout the region.Success in this role requires exceptional English communication skills, strong client-facing consulting experience, and an established professional network within Argentina's technology community.This is a hands-on leadership role.
