Instead, this position sits at the intersection of AI systems, infrastructure, performance optimization, and platform reliability. You will work on cross-cutting technical challenges across the codebase diagnosing performance issues, improving observability, enhancing AI agent reliability, and elevating system-wide code quality.As part of a small, fast-moving team leveraging AI development tools (including Claude Code), you will have broad ownership and the opportunity to influence architecture, evaluation frameworks, and system scalability.
