EY Enterprise Technology group specific in the Digital Experience area is working on implementing EY Specific products on the EYDxP powered by Adobe platform that consists of the Adobe CX Stack including but not limited to Adobe Workfront; AEM; AEP; Target; Analytics; AJO.

The opportunity

As a member of the Digital Experience Product Team will be working in an agile methodology. The role would support the Products aligned to the EY General platforms implementing with our Global Delivery teams. The role will work close to the business creating and understanding requirements for development. You will own and manage the Azure DevOps backlog to support rapid development.

Your key responsibilities

Day-to-day, this role will:
- Develop and maintain a deep contextual understanding of the services areas to which assigned and the underlying business objectives of those service areas




- Serve the assigned service areas by representing their business objectives when interfacing with the other project team members and by ensuring that their business objectives are a primary component of the delivery
- Build the foundation for the development effort by capturing the business context - problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs and impacted user groups
- Develop requirements (business, user and technical requirements — functional and non-functional) and establish traceability to the business vision
- Manage requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team
- Play a critical communications role by interacting with user (business domain) and with IT and testing personnel
- Ensure requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested
- Navigate the IT team and business sponsors through a level of ambiguity including business process cha
