Legal Manager - Your future role?
Reporting to the Regional Legal Manager, you will provide proactive, high-quality legal support to Givaudan's operations in Mexico and ANCAM (Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Peru) and to Procurement teams across Latin America,



ensuring full compliance with local laws while maintaining alignment with integral legal and corporate standards. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and a link between legal and procurement functions.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice to Givaudan's teams in Mexico and ANCAM; support procurement operations across Latin America to ensure risk mitigation and contractual compliance.
Contracts & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (including raw materials, indirect materials and services, confidentiality and consultancy contracts).
Litigation & Claims: Manage all litigation and pre-litigation matters in Mexico and ANCAM, coordinate with external counsel as required, and oversee dispute resolution strategies in Latin America as needed.
Compliance & Governance: Advise on regulatory matters, corporate governance issues, and ethics policies in line with Givaudan's g
