As a Tax Analyst, you will provide essential support to the International Tax Directors and the Head of Tax in managing our general tax compliance and reporting obligations. You will help prepare direct tax filings, including corporate income tax and withholding tax. It also involves preparing indirect tax filings, such as VAT/GST,



sales tax, and excise. Additionally, you will support audits and maintain accurate tax records.
You will report to the Tax Manager and you will work 4 days at our site located in San Angel, CDMX and 1 home office day.
Responsibilities
VAT Reporting
Filing of all indirect tax reports in compliance with governing laws and regulations
Monitor consistency of filed reports to ensure data integrity and legal/tax compliance between multiple filings
Maintain VAT related tables in SAP
Prepare documentation to requests made by Tax Authorities in case of inquiries or tax investigations
Financial Analysis
Perform analytical review of relevant balance sheet accounts. Investigate abnormal payments and provide reasons for major movements
Prepare analysis on monthly basis for multiple fiscal reporting
Perform any other ad hoc reporting by the finance team
