Role Description
As a UGC Manager at The Viral App,



you will oversee the planning, production, and optimization of user-generated content campaigns for mobile app clients. In this full-time hybrid role based in Mendoza, you will collaborate on-site with internal teams and creators while also performing some tasks remotely from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and coordinating with influencers and UGC creators, briefing them on campaign goals, managing content calendars, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets tailored to each app’s growth objectives. You will review and approve content, align messaging with client brand guidelines, and work closely with performance marketing and strategy teams to test creatives, iterate on winning formats, and improve key metrics such as CAC, installs, and retention.
