is a legal and corporate translation company working with law firms, companies and financial institutions on high-stakes bilingual and multilingual documentation.

We are looking for a remote Bilingual Project Coordinator based in Argentina to help manage legal and corporate translation projects from intake through delivery.

This is primarily a project coordination, client-service and quality-control role, not a production translation role. However, the person must have enough Spanish-English translation competence to review work for quality, terminology, formatting, completeness and obvious legal or linguistic issues, make limited edits when appropriate and know when to escalate issues to a senior translator or reviser.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate translation and revision projects from client request to final delivery.
- Review client instructions, files, deadlines and project requirements.
- Prepare files for translators and revisers.
- Assign work to translators, revisers and other vendors.
- Track deadlines and follow up proactively.




- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors in English and Spanish.
- Check completed work for completeness, consistency, formatting, terminology and obvious quality issues.
- Perform limited edits or corrections where appropriate.
- Flag legal, linguistic, formatting or deadline risks early.
- Maintain organised files, project records and delivery packages.
- Help improve internal workflows, checklists, terminology resources and project procedures.

Requirements
- Excellent written English and Spanish (other languages a plus).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines, priorities and multiple moving parts.
- Professional communication style with clients and vendors.
- Experience with memoQ, Trados or other CAT tools.
- Experience with translation business management tools like Plunet.
- Experience coordinating translators, editors or freelancers.
