The Opportunity:

CommunityHub is a community-first PWA platform serving premium residential and resort communities. Think: WhatsApp-style group chats, event RSVPs, verified service provider directories, marketplace, real estate listings, and an AI concierge — all multi-tenant so each resort gets its own branded experience on shared infrastructure. A working prototype already exists. You would be leading the production build.

What You Will Build:
- Production backend migration:



static data → Supabase (schema-per-tenant).
- Real-time community chat rooms.
- Event + RSVP system with OneSignal push notifications.
- Service provider directory with reviews and WhatsApp handoff.
- AI concierge powered by Claude API.
- App Store / Play Store distribution via Median.co.

Must Have:
- Next.js (App Router, TypeScript).
- React + state management (Zustand or similar).
- Supabase — Auth, Postgres, RLS, Realtime.
- Multi-tenant architecture experience.
- PWA fundamentals (manifest, service workers, push).
- Mobile-first B2C product experience with community/social features.
- FastAPI (Python).
- Serverless on AWS or GCP.
- CDN setup.

Nice to Have:
- Flutter.
- Claude API / Anthropic SDK.
- OneSignal, Cloudinary, Inngest.
- Tailwind CSS + Shadcn/UI.
- LATAM/Mexican market experience.
- Hospitality or proptech background.
- Bilingual ES/EN.
