About ThAImis

ThAImis is an AI-powered legal research platform that predicts how Canadian courts will decide cases. Built on technology developed by Blue J Legal,



the platform currently serves lawyers in the employment and labour law space with active expansion into additional practice areas underway.

ThAImis is part of the ADR Chambers family of companies, which includes ADR Chambers (Canada’s largest private dispute resolution provider) and Stitt Feld Handy Group (a leading dispute resolution training organization). This is a growth-stage business with real infrastructure behind it.

The Role

We are looking for a Director to lead ThAImis, someone who combines legal training with genuine curiosity about AI and a practical instinct for building a business. This is not a practicing lawyer role; it is a leadership role for a lawyer who has moved, or is ready to move, into the business side of law.

The Director will have broad accountability for the platform: how it grows, where it goes next, and how it serves the legal professionals who use it. The role spans product direction, new practice area development, business development, and client relatio
