We're looking for a highly analytical, systems-minded Financial Analyst to serve as the financial architect of a growing private club organization.
This is not a transactional accounting role. You will operate as a high-level individual contributor responsible for building financial clarity, modernizing reporting systems, and partnering with operational leaders to drive disciplined, data-driven decisions.
You will report directly to executive leadership and provide structured financial insights that support long-term sustainability, capital planning, and operational performance. The goal is to transition from reactive reporting to a structured, systems-first operating model.

What You'll Work On
Strategic FP&A; and Business Partnering
Build and formalize a structured monthly reporting package including full financial statements and department-level Budget versus Presente reports
Partner with department leaders to extract operational data and standardize reporting workflows
Develop scenario models to guide pricing, membership, and program decisions
Provide board-ready financial presentations and insights
Capital Planning and Project Oversight
Manage multi-year capital expenditure budgets
Oversee project-level cash flow tracking and variance analysis
Review vendor contracts and monitor milestone-based spending
Maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast to ensure liquidity planning
