Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Track project progress and support the Scent Design Manager (SDM) in all required project activities
- Prepare and coordinate submission packages, including fragrance samples (oil and/or applied formats), client presentation letters, and technical documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical documents such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS),
International Fragrance Association (IFRA) certificates, Product Data Sheets (PDS), and Certificates of Analysis
- Consolidate and organize sensory and technical project information, including olfactive descriptions, fragrance mapping, and performance test data
- Lead weekly project status meetings and communicate updates, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
- Coordinate Sample Lab activities and prioritize sample production according to project timelines
- Maintain and update business tracking systems with information related to wins, losses, business retention, and New Product Introductions (NPI)
- Support internal coordination across teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and with quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and project tracking tools
What Makes You the Right Fit
