As an HR Offboarding Lead, you will guide employees and managers through end-to-end offboarding while partnering with key stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion. As an HR Offboarding Lead in the Human Resources team, you will supervise the end-to-end offboarding process and support employees and managers through required steps. You will partner with HR stakeholders to ensure offboarding activities align with local regulations and company policies. You will ensure accurate, complete documentation and support related mobility and transfer processes across legal entities.

- Ensure departing employee files are complete, accurate, and digitized in the appropriate systems
- Respond to employee and manager questions related to offboarding timelines, documentation, and next steps
- Review and support outbound repatriations and permanent transfer processes, coordinating required documentation and approvals
- Manage in-country transfers between legal entities, ensuring regulatory documentation is produced, recorded, and retained accurately
- Maintain trackers and status updates to ensure timely completion and appropriate escalation of risks or delays
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen controls and improve the offboarding experience
