ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging.
Identify and engage prospective candidates and leads for assigned campaigns.




Build rapport quickly and maintain professional conversations with prospects.
Follow structured outreach cadences and prospecting workflows.
Consistently meet daily outreach activity goals.
Lead Qualification
Qualify prospects based on predefined campaign criteria.
Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and interest.
Gather relevant information and identify next steps.
Advance qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
Ensure prospects receive a positive and professional experience.
Inbound Lead Follow-Up
Follow up with inbound leads generated through job postings and outreach efforts.
Engage interested prospects promptly and professionally.
Conduct qualification conversations and determine next steps.
Maintain communication with leads until a clear outcome is reached.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions.
Log call notes, outr
