We are seeking a bilingual HR Support Representative to serve as the first point
of contact for employees, managers, candidates, vendors, and other stakeholders
with HR-related questions and requests. This role is responsible for responding
to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs through multiple
communication channels, including phone, email, chat, web requests, and
in-person interactions.

The adecuado candidate will provide exceptional customer service, accurately
document and track inquiries in HR systems, collaborate with HR specialists to
resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when needed. This position also
contributes to process improvement initiatives, maintains knowledge resources,
and supports HR administrative and purchasing activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility:





* Primary responsibility of role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy
and procedure
* Represents the company as first point of contact for HR related requests/
concerns/ questions for current and former employees, third parties and
vendors
* Position interacts with managers, prospective candidates and employees via
e-mail, web requests, chat, phone or in person
* Works directly with employees, HR specialists and other teams to resolve a
query
* Gathers information and records data in HR tools, trackers and database
* Escalates a query to appropriate Specialist or Subject matter expert in case
needed
* Suggests and works on process improvements and updates continuously
* Provides feedback regarding accuracy of knowledge articles and processes
documented to supervisor

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:
