Position Overview

Divisional Wealth Management Consultant – responsible for driving sales as part of a Territory Team working with up to three Wealth Management Consultants within a specific geographic area. The role involves educating, training, and motivating financial advisors from all channels to increase sales in the territory.

Responsibilities

The DWMC will educate, train and motivate financial advisors, ultimately aiming to increase territory sales. The role requires a business‑owner mindset, self‑motivation, structured process orientation, goal setting, and a collaborative approach with Senior Sales Force members to identify better investor outcomes. Strong presentation skills are essential for delivering individual, small‑group, and investor‑based presentations. Approximately 75% of the time will be spent engaging advisors in person, and 25% virtually.

Qualifications
- Degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a relevant field of study




- 3+ years of experience as an internal wholesaler with significant front‑advisor/client interaction (virtual or telephone)
- Experience managing an individual sales territory with sales accountability
- Track record selling mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement plan products
- Proficient in leveraging technology for custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Backset, etc.)
- Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver persuasive, concise, well‑organized presentations and messages
- Ability to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner
- Required licenses: Series 7 (and either 66 or 63/65)

Compensation

Base salary: $75,000 + applicable sales commissions and bonuses. Roles may also be eligib
