LOCATION

APPLY is hybrid/remote‑friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to PT (Pacific Timezone) or ET (Eastern Timezone). Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross‑Workstream Technical Ownership: Serve as the connective tissue between every workstream you own, maintaining a shared technical view so changes in one area don’t blindside another.
- Delivery & Execution Ownership:



Translate high‑level architectural and design direction into detailed, executable technical tasks for yourself and the team.
- Engineering Rigor & Quality: Deliver every workstream to production‑grade standards of engineering, accessibility, performance, and integration discipline.
- Proactive Risk Management: Identify dependencies, scope creep, and technical debt before they become blockers, providing solutions rather than just problems.
- Real‑Time Problem Solving: Respond quickly on client calls, stand‑ups, or Slack threads, triaging and unblocking issues with appropriate urgency.
- Communication & Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into plain language for non‑technical stakeholders, keeping engineering, PM, and design aligned on decisions, scope implications, and status.
