Dream Clean 123 is seeking an experienced, hands on Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives while overseeing our business development efforts. This is not a role for someone who only creates strategy, we are looking for a leader who has personally executed marketing campaigns that generated measurable ROI, qualified leads, and revenue growth.

Our focus is expanding our commercial cleaning division by acquiring medium and large commercial accounts, including schools, healthcare facilities, manufacturing companies, office buildings, property management companies, municipalities, and other commercial businesses.

Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and continually improve marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and measurable ROI.
- Lead the marketing department while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution.
- Manage and optimize SEO (both on-page and off-page), paid advertising, Google Ads, cold email campaigns, website lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Oversee and support the Business Development team with lead generation strategies, cold calling, email outreach, and sales campaigns.
- Build and execute prospecting strategies using ZoomInfo and other lead-generation platforms to maximize efficiency and results.
- Analyze marketing performance, KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Research and implement AI tools and automation to improve marketing,



lead generation, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with company leadership to develop growth strategies that increase revenue and market share.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of marketing leadership experience with a proven track record of producing measurable business growth and ROI.
- Experience in a service-based business is required ; commercial cleaning, facility services, property management, or similar B2B industries is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, paid media, cold email marketing, CRM systems, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Strong working knowledge of ZoomInfo, including list building, prospecting, segmentation, and outreach strategy.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing, sales, and business development processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, manage, and hold teams accountable while also executing the work yourself.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
