How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Supervisor, Performance Marketing will support the execution and optimization of paid performance campaigns for Disney+ LATAM,



contributing to subscriber growth and revenue targets while maintaining efficiency goals.
This role will work closely with local and general stakeholders across Marketing & Planning, Data/Insights, and Finance teams, translating strategic guidelines into actionable plans, performance insights, and optimization initiatives. The Supervisor, Performance Marketing will play a key role in campaign optimization, performance tracking, and testing, ensuring continuous improvement across channels and contributing to scalable outcomes.

The Supervisor, Performance Marketing will be responsible for:
- Support the planning and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across performance channels (Search, Social, Programmatic/Video, Affiliates, CTV), ensuring alignment with defined strategy, budgets, and pacing guidelines.
