Your Role We are seeking a Corporate Legal Analyst with deep expertise in legal entity management within a multinational company. This role will report to the U.S.-based Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate & Securities, and will manage Ciena’s international legal entity portfolio while supporting corporate governance activities across multiple jurisdictions. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with U.S. and global stakeholders, manage external counsel and corporate service providers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will lead the integral legal entity function, including the establishment and ongoing maintenance of Ciena’s global subsidiaries, and develop tools and practices that drive process enhancement and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities - Maintain over 50 corporate subsidiaries worldwide, including file preparation, record keeping, and resolution of compliance requirements.

- Form, dissolve, and restructure entities globally while ensuring adherence to annual compliance and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate board and shareholder actions and maintain accurate, audit-ready corporate records.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury, People & Culture, and Real Estate teams to establish policies and procedures for global entity needs.
- Respond to internal inquiries about legal entity structure and governance.
- Support global projects such as reorganizations, recapitalizations,



and entity rationalizations.
- Assist on strategic transactions, including capital markets, lending, and acquisition activities.
- Administer Ciena’s entity management technology platform, propose design enhancements, and leverage technology and AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Develop dashboards, templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources to enable stakeholder visibility and self‑service.

Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in corporate legal, governance, or entity management.

- Advanced proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across jurisdictions and time zones.
- Experience in legal research, drafting (powers of attorney, policies, etc.), and project management.
- Analytical skills to process and analyze data supporting multinational organizations.
- Preferred experience supporting law firms, corporate service providers, or multinational entities.

Compensation The pay range for this position, in Argentina, is $28,977,300.00 - $46,288,500.00 ARS.

Working Environment

Based in Buenos Aires, you will work in a hybrid model with three days per week in the office. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously within a global organization located in 36+ countries.
