We are looking for a well‑organized and active person to join our team in the position of Team Manager, ensuring operational excellence, management, and development of the Game Presenters' team.

Key responsibilities - Manage, supervise, and engage a team of Game Presenters, building strong team spirit - Develop and organize training sessions according to current needs - Onboard newcomers, ensuring a flawless employee experience from the start - Handle disciplinary cases and manage ad‑hoc situations - Continuously manage the team to deliver required results - Respond to various requests from team members in a timely manner - Establish and foster cross‑departmental cooperation - Analyze employee data and manage monthly bonus distribution - Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, etc.) - Manage projects set by direct managers,
