Job Summary

We are seeking a fulltime Remote Customer Service Representative to join a small familyowned business that has been providing transportation services in Florida for over 25 years. As the company continues to grow, we are focused on improving customer service while maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable work environment for our employees.

This position offers a relaxed, lowstress work environment with a manageable call volume of approximately 5 to 10 calls per hour far from the pressure of a traditional call center. If you are looking for a role with a healthy worklife balance, this is a great opportunity.

Key Details

Position Remote, FullTime
Schedule 1230 PM 1000 PM Eastern Time Miami, FL, with a 30minute break
Days Off 2 consecutive fixed days off not on weekends
Training 80 hours of paid training 2 weeks
Compensation 650 USD per month Blue Dollar Equivalent per Month paid in local currency
A performancebased increase to 700 USD after 90 days

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support professionally
Resolve customer inquiries and provide information about services
Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and payments
Handle customer complaints and disputes
Dispatch buses and communicate with drivers regarding updates,



instructions, and assistance
Monitor vehicle movements through GPS tracking systems

Requirements

English Proficiency Advanced or Fluent C1 C2 both spoken and written
Experience 3 years in customer service

Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure
Experience with CRM software preferred
Proactive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn

Computer and highquality headset

Fluent English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position. We are looking for candidates who can communicate confidently and naturally in English, both verbally and in writing.
