Benefits Specialist – LATAM
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Work Model: Full-time, 100% office-based (fully presencial)

Position Summary
The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the administration and support of employee benefits programs across Latin America (LATAM), with a primary focus on Argentina and support for other countries in the region as applicable. This role partners closely with employees, vendors, HR Operations, Payroll, and the Integral Benefits team to deliver an outstanding employee experience, ensure compliance with local legislation,



and support the effective management of health, wellness, retirement, leave, and other benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support employee benefits programs across LATAM, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, leave programs, and other employee benefits.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, providing guidance and resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with the Benefits Manager and HR teams to resolve complex benefits issues and improve processes.
- Manage relationships with external benefits providers, brokers, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support the administration of disability, leave of absence, and employee wellness programs in accordance with local legislation and company policies.
- Coordinate benefits-related communications, educational materials
