About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Lead &/or Director to oversee and drive our firm's marketing strategy, brand growth, lead generation, and digital presence.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who can think strategically while also being comfortable executing campaigns, analyzing performance, managing marketing initiatives, and collaborating with different teams to achieve business goals.

The adecuado candidate has experience leading marketing efforts, building scalable strategies, managing digital channels, and improving client acquisition through data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Build and manage marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives from concept to execution
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, client acquisition, and market positioning
- Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Analyze marketing performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Develop strategies to increase qualified leads and improve conversion rates
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and results
- Oversee brand messaging, marketing materials,



and online presence
- Develop content strategies for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels
- Lead and coordinate marketing team members, freelancers, and external partners as needed
- Create workflows, priorities, and accountability systems for marketing projects

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience leading marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and analytics
- Experience generating leads and improving conversion performance
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
