About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and hands-on Technology Lead to lead our technology operations and drive innovation across the Firm. This role is responsible for overseeing our technology team, managing IT infrastructure, leading automation initiatives, improving business processes, and ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of all technology systems.

The ideal candidate is both a technical leader and a people manager who enjoys solving complex problems, improving workflows, and implementing scalable solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Technology team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and project priorities.
- Oversee daily technology operations and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives with other departments.
- Manage and maintain the firm's technology infrastructure, including cloud platforms, hardware, software, and network systems.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve operational efficiency.
- Develop technology strategies that increase productivity and reduce manual work.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience leading technology teams.
- Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Experience with business process improvement and workflow automation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with AI tools and business automation platforms (advantage).
- Experience integrating business applications using APIs and automation tools.
