Growth Coordinator

Location: Remote from Latin America
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
Compensation: $1,500–$1,800 USD/month (based on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Coordinator to help keep our client's sales, marketing, and business development efforts running efficiently.

This role is idóneo for someone who loves bringing structure to fast-moving environments, enjoys supporting revenue-generating activities, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll work closely with the founder and play a key role in ensuring sales opportunities move forward smoothly—from CRM management and client coordination to marketing support and lead generation.

What You'll Be Doing

CRM & Pipeline Management

- Maintain an organized and accurate CRM (Pipedrive experience is highly preferred)

- Keep opportunities updated with detailed notes and next steps

- Monitor daily sales tasks and ensure follow-ups happen on time

- Record notes from meetings, networking events, and client conversations

Sales Operations & Business Development Support

- Prepare client engagement agreements using DocuSign templates

- Notify clients when agreements have been sent

- Coordinate smooth handoffs between Sales, Operations, and Recruiting teams

- Research prospective companies and key decision-makers





- Prepare prospect research briefs before sales meetings

- Coordinate calendars and schedule client meetings

Marketing Support

- Schedule and execute email marketing campaigns

- Draft professional LinkedIn content

- Create simple marketing graphics and collateral

- Support initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working inside CRMs (Pipedrive experience is a strong plus)

- An excellent written communicator with professional English

- Proactive and resourceful—you solve problems instead of waiting for direction

- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment

- Low ego, collaborative, and enjoys working directly with leadership

- Excited to contribute to the growth of a scaling business

Must-Have Qualifications

- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company

- Experience supporting sales, business development, operations, or marketing teams

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication

- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)

- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines

Nice to Have

- Experience with DocuSign

- LinkedIn content creation experience

- Email marketing platform experience

- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
