Are you the person who notices the typo everyone else missed? Do broken links, inconsistent branding, awkward copy, or a button that doesn’t work immediately catch your attention?

We’re looking for a Marketing QA Specialist to be the final set of eyes on client-facing marketing work before it goes live.

You’ll review everything from landing pages and paid ads to SEO content and videos, making sure the finished product is accurate, polished, functional, and ready for the client.

This isn’t primarily a design or copywriting position. You won’t be expected to create everything yourself. Instead, you’ll help make sure the work our teams create meets the standard our clients expect.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work across several areas of digital marketing and collaborate with SEO, paid media, creative, web, and video teams. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing landing pages for spelling, grammar, layout, functionality, branding, and overall quality
- Testing links, buttons, forms, phone numbers, calls to action, and mobile responsiveness
- Reviewing paid advertising copy for accuracy, clarity, formatting, messaging, and alignment with client offers
- Checking SEO content and on-page assets for readability, professionalism, and client requirements
- Reviewing client videos for visual and audio quality, captions, branding, messaging, transitions, and calls to action
- Comparing completed work against briefs, brand guidelines, approved messaging, and client feedback
- Catching inconsistencies, missing information, unsupported claims, and other issues before they reach the client
- Giving clear, actionable feedback so teams know exactly what needs to be corrected
- Tracking revisions and confirming corrections have been completed before final approval
- Maintaining QA checklists and helping identify recurring quality issues





You’ll Be a Great Fit If...

You have an eye for details that other people tend to miss, but you can also explain why something needs to be fixed.

We’re looking for someone with excellent written and spoken English, strong grammar and communication skills, and experience reviewing digital marketing assets, websites, content, creative work, or other client-facing deliverables.

You should be comfortable working with several projects and deadlines at once, giving constructive feedback, and working independently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, websites, and marketing videos is especially valuable.

Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace, structured QA processes, or conversion-focused landing pages is a plus.

Client-facing work consistently looks polished and professional, teams receive feedback they can act on quickly, and reviews are completed on time without slowing down production.

Over time, you’ll also help identify patterns and recurring issues so we can improve the process—not just fix the same mistakes again and again.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time contract position working 40 hours per week. Your eight-hour daily schedule will fall within the 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central Time business window.

The position is fully remote and open to qualified candidates located in the United States or Latin America.

Compensation: $2,500–$4,000 USD per month, based on experience and qualifications.
