We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Operations Lead to help turn ideas into action.

This role is idóneo for someone who excels at taking concepts, projects, and strategic initiatives and transforming them into clear processes, actionable tasks, and measurable results. You will work closely with leadership to ensure projects move from planning to successful implementation while keeping teams aligned, accountable, and on track.

What You'll Do

Project & Initiative Implementation

- Take ideas, discussions, and strategic plans from leadership and convert them into actionable project plans.
- Break down large initiatives into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure projects are executed successfully.




- Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks.
- Track assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and department leaders.

Operations & Process Management

- Create, document, and improve workflows, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity.
- Ensure processes are followed consistently across teams.

Team Coordination

- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in Operations, Project Management, Administration, Team Leadership, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
